1.1. By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

1.2. We accept orders from 3 days up to 21days in advance. Since our cakes are made in limited batches and baked to order, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. 

1.3. In case of any urgent order needed within 48 hours, please send us a WhatsApp message at 07879729041 with the word "URGENT" in your message, and we will respond promptly to assist you.
1.4. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as an acknowledgement of your order and does not constitute acceptance.
1.5. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept most online payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Apply Pay and Google Pay.

1.6. Due to our cakes being handmade in limited quantities, some dates and timeslots may become fully booked and unavailable for selection on the calendar. If you need a cake on a specific date that is not available, please don't hesitate to contact us via WhatsApp at 07879729041. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and see if we can find a solution that works for you.
1.7. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment has been made.

2.1. We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and allergen information on our website. However, please note that product colors and designs may vary slightly.

2.2. It is your responsibility to review the allergen information provided before making a purchase. Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles various ingredients, and there may be a risk of cross-contamination with allergenic ingredients.

2.3. If you have any concerns or questions about specific dietary or allergy requirements, contact us on Whatsapp at 07879729041 and we are always happy to help and provide you with all the information you need.

2.4. Gluten free options - Japanese Basque Cheesecakes are 100% gluten-free. While our other cakes do contain flour, we take great care in using only all-natural ingredients and incorporating less fat and sugar than traditional recipes.

3.1. We offer collection options for your orders. Collection dates and times will be provided to you during the online ordering process.

3.2. We provide a professional door-to-door delivery service to both residential and commercial addresses. Our drivers will hand over your cake directly to you or your trusted recipient, ensuring that it arrives in perfect condition. The delivery fee will be calculated automatically (based on your address) during your online ordering process after you enter your address.

3.3. If you cannot locate your delivery address during the online ordering process, please don't hesitate to contact us via WhatsApp at 07879729041. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and find a solution that works for you.

3.4. In addition, if your delivery address does not offer free parking, you may be asked to meet our driver downstairs to receive your order. Rest assured, our drivers will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth and convenient pickup experience.

3.5. We also offer pickup service of your order in central London with no additional delivery fee.

3.6. Our cakes are packaged with care and always kept cool (fulfilling the FSA requirements) with insulated cool bag with freezer blocks to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Cakes come to you with a sturdy cake box, but without carring bags, insulated cool bag and cutlery. Rest assured that we take every precaution to ensure your cake arrives safely and beautifully.

3.7. For Pickup collection, please prepare carrying bags if needed and insulated cool bag with freezer blocks when you need to bring the cake to a destination with travelling time for more than 30 minutes. And, we highly recommend putting the ordered Japanese cake rolls back to fridge at your destination for at least 30minutes before serving (preventing that in case the cake roll becomes too soft to be cut and served as carried outside for long during travelling time). Japanese Cake rolls taste best when serving cold. 

3.8. We would provide pickup and delivery service as seamless as possible for you, a delivery or pickup reminder email or message will be sent before your scheduled collection date.
3.9. Please ensure you collect your order within the designated collection period. Failure to collect within the specified timeframe may result in your order being discarded without a refund.

4.1. Cancellations or changes to your order may be possible at least 3 days before collection. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated after this timeframe.
4.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The amount refunded will depend on the circumstances and any applicable cancellation fees.
4.3. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if we are unable to fulfill it due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to product unavailability or technical errors.
